Having owned and operated Nevada's largest bed bug removal company, purchasing equipment from Sunbelt and having a positive rental history with Sunbelt, I hate to write a negative review on this company, however, I will let you know that the E Craig location is Managed by someone I would never hire. Michael Becker must have had a bad morning. I reserved equipment online, paid with a credit card and when my employee approached him to pick up the equipment, Michael treated him like he was dirt and refused to rent the product. As I was on the speaker phone, listening to the unprofessionalism from Michael, I was shocked. Had he been employed at my company, he would have been fired on the spot. He has zero customer service skills and I have never experienced this with any other locations. Micha
