Did the decking around the pool on the house I purchased in November, chipped all the stones around the pool, should have quoted the old owners or informed them it would happen probably didn't. I came in when renting the home in July before purchasing. Decking cracked in under a year from installation ( installed in march cracked in august) asked to have it fixed through the homeowner (Paul W) contacted them. They came out didn't cover the pool filled it with chippings and dust chipped more of the stones. I had to clean my new filter set 3-4 times to get all the chippings and dust out. Asked if it would crack again because it may be a crack in the concrete, employees said yeah it will but almost out of warranty so it won't be our problem. You can see the repair is completely different then

From start to (nearly) finished, John has been great to work with. He is actively involved in the pool construction from start to finish. He adjusted his design to match our requests more than once and the execution by his great group of subcontractors has been fabulous. They show up when expected, are polite and knowledgeable craftsmen, and clean up as they build leaving the pool area presentable during the construction phase. Should have water in the pool next week, so 7 weeks (we had great weather). He wasn’t the cheapest, but that guy just filed bankruptcy, wonder when those pools will get completed. Update: We had a grain bin gazebo built once water was in the pool, then had Suncana complete the cool deck. Would have been swimming a month ago if the water would have warmed up sooner.

John is so nice, honest and helpful. His masons were wonderful and hard workers. They didn’t stop until the diving board was complete. John and his team removed the broken recessed diving board and replaced with this beautiful stone diving board. They came up with great ideas for this project and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

This is great company. The owner is onsite and is local. I love my pool. He is on top of all projects !
