Bought a home that had this company do a $10,800.00 pool equipment upgrade January 2022 and I bought this house in May 2024. The Choloronator cell went bad and Hayward says it has a 3 year warranty but SUNCO said that warranty is only for the original buyer and refused to warranty the cell. I purchased this home based on the fact that the pool system had been totally updated and thought the warranty was valid for the 3 years but apparently not. This company should stand behind the products they sell a little better. I will be looking for a better pool company for all my pool needs in the future that has better customer service. Regardless if the 3 year warranty was to one owner only, if almost 11,000.00 was spent the local dealer should have tried to help Regardless. Thanks for your respo

They are always helpful and provide great advice. Take in a water sample and they will tell you what you need. I highly recommend.
