While they may be good at repairs they are horrible at full system design and install. I paid a premium price ($6000) for a poor install and design. I've had to add zones myself to cover my lawn. They laid the pipe 2 inches under ground in some locations. This is not a professional company and you can see it in the finished product. Take my advice and call another company for a professional installation. I will say that they showed up every day until the job was done. Now that I am trying to use the system I realize what poor job they did. I would never let them back on my property. UPDATE: Had a gusher from a joint that came lose underground. How many more leaks are to follow as I use my system? This is how they glue thier pipe. Very poor work for a premium price.

I had an emergency irrigation problem (the sprinklers came on by themselves and would not turn off) on a Saturday afternoon. Suncoast Irrigation and Landscaping was the only business who answered the phone and responded the same day! In fact, the owner of the business himself responded with another employee. It was a manual problem with the system, not electrical - one or more solenoids were stuck in the open position. When no other business could respond in less than three (3) weeks, Suncoast Irrigation and Landscaping came through several days later and corrected all the problem(s). It was not an easy fix since no one could inform me where the hidden/buried solenoids were located except for this professional business. A few years ago, we had a lightning strike, which caused total disruption of our irrigation system. I called Meghant and he was at our home almost immediately to evaluate the situation. He turned off the water and the next day began repairing almost our whole system. He replaced our Rainbird system with a new model And applied the Rain Bird app which allowed controls on my iPhone. I have not had any problems with the new system, but I did have a leak and called Meghant Right away. And he Responded immediately to repair it.
