I believe the company is very well organized and structured. I seen precautionary signs for drivers loading and for employees. Overall the customer service and service in general is on point.

Good products but expect to wait at least 40 minutes to have someone load you, even if it's just a bag of mortar. Every single time I come wait times are ridiculous even if it's not very busy.

Do not take pick up truck to pick up materials here they do not care if they damage your truck. All they say is theres a sign and good luck loading SMH🤬

This place is unique. The location, right in the middle of a busy city, is pretty neat, but the customer service of some employees is lacking. If it weren't because of one employee saving the day, I would have come out sobbing from there. We all have times when we have limited funds, but we do deserve better. It seemed like this employee got more and more annoyed when I asked for some products. However, I will focus on the great part, which was this other employee. He helped me understand the floor plan of the showroom. On paper, the provided rock samples are marked as a list with numbers, but once you are in the showroom, they do not have the numbers, so I got lost. Maybe you could put little numbers up; not all of us are pros at this. Also, this employee went above and beyond to help me

The pallet return policy is flawed. They charge a high dollar deposit for their (used) pallets the heavy bricks are delivered on. The only way to get the deposit back is to return the pallets in good condition. The problem is the product is delivered on broken, used pallets. We returned our pallets today and only received credit for 3 out of 5 pallets because they said we broke them and that they did not belong to them, even though their name is stamped on the pallet. The amount of money we spent on product at this company; I would expect better customer service and yet their customer service for returning pallets is a scam!
