Sundance Spas of Hawaii

I have had my Sundance Tango since 2004. It has performed nearly flawlessly for 20 years. Dan has been my "go to" man for the few problems I have had. He is always timely and efficient and extremely knowledgeable. I will never call anyone else.

Dan helped us get our hot tub set up and running, even though it was not a sundance brand spa. He was very knowledgeable about our specific model and walked me through the whole process, checking the function of each step and confirmed it was working correctly. I appreciated that he was willing to assist, and highly recommend contacting for spa questions and supplies.

I have wanted a hot tub all my life! I finally was in a position to purchase one years ago and started shopping around. Price vary hugely but I was told more than once, 'buy a Sundance Spa for the service". I did and I must say, service is what it is all about. Dan at Sundance has gone out of his way to repair my tub and I live on the North Shore. It not only has lasted 15 years but anytime it needs repair, Dan is there. I attempted to purchase a spa through them in January and they were hard to get a hold of. I put down a refundable deposit, but due to lack of communication, decided to go with a different company. It has now been nearly four months and I have called multiple times. They still haven’t returned my deposit. I do not recommend them at all.
