Sundy Village Parking Garage

BEWARE!!! DO NOT PARK IN THIS GARAGE if you don't want to pay ridiculous "non-compliance fees" The management company that runs this parking garage are crooks! I paid $16.70 ($4/hour) to park there for 4 hours (5:19 - 9:19). See attached receipt. Apparently, they start the clock as soon as you pull in the garage. Not the time you get settled, exit your car, look for the parking payment info and pay on the app. I spent time looking for the QR code, I also relocated my car to a different spot and we unloaded and loaded our vehicle with toys and supplies for a toy drive for families in need. BTW they also closed the gate to the garage and we had a wagon so we had to find our way around back into the garage upon returning...ugh! Needless to say, they are charging me $85 in non-compliance fee
