What a mess. The lack of communication from this company was ridiculous. I’m giving it a 2 only because the carpet itself is nice and the installers seemed to be nice. They were supposed to call us within a couple hours of visiting the store to schedule an appointment for measurements. Never called, had to call them the following day and remind them. The day they scheduled for the measurements they never showed up and never called, we waited all day as instructed. Had to make a second appointment. The day the carpet install was scheduled the said 9am, 10:30am rolls around nothing. We had to call them again then they said the installer is out of the country, but they never called to tell us that and I had taken the day off work for this appointment. We came here after shopping for carpet at a few other places in town. Mark was straight to the point and got us a good deal on nice carpet. Install cost was very reasonable and the carpet and pad are nice. They were timely about everything they did. Had contractor Kevin Hardison install it and he was flexible with our schedule and did a nice job.

Great store for all your flooring needs. They're the absolute best with customer service Mark, Nick, Bernie, and Dave are always willing to help with whatever you need. Loading and unloading is always a breeze with Danny and the other warehouse workers helping load and unload trash! Best place by far for flooring selection as well with alot of in stock choices to choose from!

I am in the process of replacing a kitchen from water damage. Having Sunflower Carpet handle the flooring was a mistake. They came and measured but never said anything about needing a deposit at that time. We picked out the floor and dropped off the samples back to them and made our order and asked it they needed anything else. They said no. Talked to them in Sept 2018 before we left town to make sure they had everything they needed and was assured they didn't need anything. I called to set a date for laying the floor and was told that the flooring had not been ordered yet because of non payment. MY asking 3 times if anything else was needed and told NO now my kitchen is on hold till the flooring comes in which the dates have changed now 3 times. And still no reasonable date for installa

Excellent sales and customer service. They even went to wardcraft in clay center to take our measurements. We highly recommend them.
