Sunrise Exterior Coatings

I am so unhappy with the quality of work that was done on my house. They were poor quality, not responsive, not professional, and definitely not on time. It took 6 months to "complete the job" (they never did come back and finish all of the mistakes that needed to be corrected). We told them over and over when we needed to be done by so we could close on our construction loan. We had to file for an extension. The hardie board guys did a horrible job and also were drunk on the job. The boards were not nailed very well because they were bowing outward. They wrote numbers and got paint on our decorative wood beams. (Black paint). They cut our wires for the light fixtures so we had to run all new wire to the eve cans. The soffit and facia was horrible quality.. They did come back to redo the b

When are they gonna finish? My house has been sitting ready for stucco since 4/29/17. Paper and wire didn't go on until the first on June. The brown coat didn't go on until 6/10 and even then they only did 80% of the house. They left promptly at noon. The remaining coat was done on the 12th. Then NOTHING! my builder cannot get them to come back. Promises are made and nothing. More promises and nothing. I cannot finish my house because of the scaffolding they left in place. I cannot do gutters or eaves. I cannot get the rest of my concrete poured. Exterior electrical can't be finished. Decking cannot be finished. Railings can't be finished. A/C cannot be finished. I am literally being held hostage by this company. I do however have some scaffolding that is slowly sinking in the ground. T

Scott has been absolutely more than helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help me understand all the parameters of my stucco project. I know he treats all of his customers and his crew with this same level of respect and care, and has great pride and carefulness in his work.

CONTRACTORS BEWARE! Sunrise exteriors bread and butter comes from with ivory homes, so your project will always and repeatedly be put on hold and incorrect. This company has a severe communication problem between owner, clients, instruction and workers, and will blame client(s) for their failures. Expect nothing but excuses and deadlines never to kept. Stay far far away from this company.

Horrible company, it took them 5 months for a small job. At the time of this review, it is still not finished. I have tried all my best to contact the company and the owner Scott, nobody cared about it. Most of the time nobody answered the office phone and Scott's voice mailbox is full and I cannot leave a message. My suggestion is, no matter how cheap the price is or how good the first impression is, do not use this company.
