Posting on behalf of my elderly father. To whom it may concern: Sunrise Home Inspection did a very thorough job inspecting my 35 yr old home which we had built. Mr Matthews pointed out several items that I had not noticed, including an electrical condition at the meter box which had been present from the beginning and could have resulted in a complete failure of electrical service at some future time. He also identified problems of which I was aware but had put to the 'back burner' and this gave me the push to address them. I recommend his services very highly.
Communication was great! Very thorough inspection. Kevin’s reports are clear & easy to understand. Will be recommending him!
