Sunrise Pools

I've changed my review to a 1 because Peter refuses to honor his warranty. His warranty states we have 5 years coverage on components such as pumps, including parts & labor for the 1st 3 years, then parts coverage only for the 4th & 5th year. We've had our cleaner pump leak twice,this time beyond repair, and Peter refuses to respond to my calls or texts. We are still happy with the pool itself, but Peter is not a very ethical person, and I do not want someone else to experience this.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Peter from Sunrise pools built my parents pool in great falls and built our neighbors pools in this small neighborhood. He scammed all of us. He used the wrong materials for our pool after we paid and now we will have to get it re-plastered in the near future whereas typically re-plastering is done after 8-10 years. Did not finish our or any of our neighbors projects and then vanished. His “showroom” doesn’t really exist and he is completely unresponsive. Our hot tub keeps losing water (leak/faulty construction which Peter has avoided/refused to look at). I’ve had to hire another company to address this issue and it has cost a lot of extra money. Avoid sunrise pools and Peter as you will be extremely stressed and annoyed as I am. If I could give zero stars in this revie

HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE. Great place to spend a ton of money and then have to Call...Call...Call..Text...Call...to try to get your pool completed. I ended up having to get the final county inspections done myself...14 months after signing the Contract. Don't be deceived like I was by the owner.....false promise after false promise..."I will be there through the whole process." Guess that's why they missed installing the sitting wall in the deep end when they shot the concrete. Total debacle. Makes me want to open my own "Truthful and Reliable" Pool Company. Don't waste your time or money with this guy.

Run! Don't even consider this company/ Peter McCambridge to do any work for you! He is the absolute worst in the industry! Unethical, doesn't stand behind his work, dishonest, and will only show up when he wants more money from you. And when you have an issue, he ignores you, doesn't return your calls or text messages! He will lure you in , b/c he is the cheapest in town, but actually far from it. You will end up spending more time, money and stress correcting and finishing your project. He basically walked off of our project once he got his money and didn't care to deliver! You will regret it big time, if you work with Peter.

If the guy running this is Peter, move on. By far the worst experience and product I’ve ever purchased. There aren’t enough negative stars to rate how bad my pool build went.
