Contractor missed important deadlines needed in order to put the house on the market for sale. He would not return phone calls, email or text messages. At one point he said he was dealing with a personal issue but I would at least expect a phone call to let me know he wasn’t going to meet a deadlines. Another deadline was missed because he said he had a family commitment. Still no call to let me know. I had to get another contractor to finish the job. I wouldn’t hire this company.
