Worst customer service and work ever. Floor didn't even last 6 months after they installed our floor. Finishing was awful, they don't even bother fixing it. This is not the company you want to work with. Do not waste your time and money.

The worst company to work with. They offer zero customer service, are very rude, and are difficult to work with. They will yell at you and hang up the phone if you cause them any minor inconvenience even if it’s not your fault

Sun's Carpet and Floors did several projects for me since 2010. Every project is quality work, from Carpet, ceramics, wood, to Laminate floor and turn around time is very short , almost all of the projects are in just one or two days, they could finish the job, charges are very reasonable, installers are professional. I recommended this company since they do fine work all the times.

They are really bad. Do not choose this store. There is no trust, they lie to customers. They asked my to pay for the money half a year ago because the price will increase fast if we pay later. But when my house is ready to install the floor, they said they sell our floor to others. They asked us to pay extra money to buy the floor. They lie to us.

Not Even worth for 1 star, but that's the least i can give them, Very arrogant and Worst customer care, i have issue with installation from day 1 and it's been 4 months and they never care to pick up the call and not responding to my texts. Please don't use them for any of your work.
