There is a staff present and sign says $20 to park. I got up charged to $30 because I was going to the Roxy. Accepts card and cash. Was told where to park and was able to park first then pay (don't sit in your car long and pay immediately after parking). exit is on a little side between buildings, hard to see the road and a small mirror to check the blind spots of the sidewalk.
