I reached out to Sunset for an electrician to fix some really old wiring in my mom’s home. I encountered amazing customer service from the initial call to the consultation and installation! Alex did the work to install a new outlet and wiring! From the moment he arrived he was friendly, informative and completed the work in a professional manor. He offered additional items to replace that will further ensure the bathroom construction will be done and meet all our needs!

John was great to work with. Quick service and knowledgeable. Had some electrical concerns that he was able to put at ease and provide solutions. Business was nice to work with. They communicated well and all around friendly service.

John was actually early arriving, super friendly, and after listening to problems we were having immediately knew the possible cause. He was right on target. An incoming line issue not our house electrical. He then took time to call PGE and explain what he’d found so they had a perfect picture. He listened well, diagnosed correctly and then got us a quick response from PGE. Would wholeheartedly recommend Sunset and John to everyone.

John is friendly and very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. We are experiencing some electrical issues, along with ideas for adding additional service and lighting. I received a detailed breakdown of what it will take for each, which is very helpful!
