Arrived at this location on a Saturday, 3:40pm and was told they just got power back and have to wait for the computer to restart to place an order. Lady at the counter took my order and dispatched it to the yard loader. As the computer was rebooting, at 3:45pm SHARP, she abruptly said they cannot take any orders and they closed for the day. I drove for over half an hour and rushed to get there in time, so I pleaded for just a couple more minutes to let the computer finish rebooting and complete my order. I offered to pay cash if needed or if they cannot take cards. The loader guy was waiting outside with the bucket full. She didn't want to hear any of that, just wanted to clock out immediately (15m before closing time, mind you). "I have better things to do with my life" is what she decl

Last month K delivered 10 cu yd of unscreened arborist chips. The experience and quality of products exceeded my expectations. Every interaction I had was friendly, helpful, and respectful. I spoke with the office manager (Kelly) several times and they were able to answer my many questions which helped me feel confident I was getting the right product. The delivery from K was fantastic. They were extremely careful and helped unload in a very tight driveway. K is an impressive driver. He was also one of the nicest human beings I’ve ever met.
