Theo at Sunset property inspection was very helpful, this is mine and my wife’s first time purchasing a home and his inspection took the exact time he estimated. Afterwards he walked us around the property showing us where every shut off valve was, he pointed out everything that needed repairs (luckily for us not much) and he gave us some tips from his wealth of knowledge from inspecting homes for over 20+ years!
