Sunset Septic

I reached out to Sunset Septic since an order I had placed with another company had a 4 - 6 week fabrication time. Not only did Sunset Septic have it in stock, they also had better pricing. Anna in the office was great, and together with Mitch, they were able to resolve a small setback we had. I highly recommend them, great customer service and they go above and beyond what is required of them.

The problem, water backing up into the shower and tub, started when the family descended on my in-laws house to help with my father-in-law’s passing quadrupling water usage. After plumbers had worked their trade and had located the inlet of the septic tank for us we called Sunset Septic I talked with Andrew about the issues that evening and the following morning Emilio showed up at the curb with the pump truck. Emilio and Andrew were great!!! They were knowledgeable and got right to work. Of course the tank had not been pumped in at least 30 years so the concrete cover was deeply embedded. After 15 minuted with the hammer drill and Andrews might, it came off in one piece. The tank was literally full of sludge and crust but they worked at it and got it cleaned (relatively) and accepting

Had a little problem with my septic system. Gave Sunset Septic a quick call and my problem was solved! Quick response, very reasonable pricing and the guys that came out were great! They came out and diagnosed the problem, showed me what had happened, gave me a fair upfront price and showed me some tips on how to help keep my system maintained. The work was completed quickly and they made sure the area they were working in was left as good as they found it!

After waiting nearly a month and calling daily for a quote just seems ridiculous. If they won't value your business in the beginning they won't take care of you long-term. I called 2 other companies and the quotes same day. * Update * They did get the job done. All of the field guys were very good and efficient.
