An extremely responsive and friendly company. They answer the phone and/or return calls promptly. Sunset Tree Service gave a very fair price for the work being done, showed up when they said they would and did a superb job. We had a tree that was about 4 stories tall and would often drop large limb pieces onto our driveway and house. Over the past couple of years, I had occasionally asked other companies I found working in the neighborhood for consultations/quotes and not received what I wanted. We later asked Sunset Tree Service about the tree because it had begun to threaten the neighbors' house with extended limbs. Having an uprooted tree is a stressful situation. Ben responded right away & quoted quickly. Unfortunately the tree fell that night before there was a chance to confirm the job.
