Sunshine Flooring did a great job replacing carpet in my upstairs hallway with hardwood, and matching it to the existing hardwood on the stairs and in the open plan first floor. They also recarpeted all my upstairs bedrooms beautifully. I will definitely use them for more work in the future.

Carpets came out perfect! Affordable! And they were available and worked with my schedule! Definitely recommend!!

Work incomplete, we weren't even notified that the work was done. Trash left behind, piles of nails/staples found in piles on multiple surfaces around the house and several planks damaged. Leveler spilled in driveway and also spilled on walls. Bathroom unfinished, asked to purchase an additional case and was told product was discontinued. We were able to purchase an additional case online to finish our bathroom, but having to work around a partial was difficult. I was hard to reach toward the completion of work due to health issues. Time to complete was also several days longer than originally stated. I expected better considering the amount we paid for materials and labor. We plan to completely renovate our master bathroom in the near future and had hoped to continue using this business g

Response to Response; I hit the quick link from Google to call you so it wasn’t a miss-dial. I spoke to someone at your place twice, I’ve got the call logs. I emailed right from the website link, no response. I understand issue come up however a response is what I needed and until this review did not receive. I also understand if you don’t want to job, all you have to do was tell me and I would have accepted that. Totally got ghosted from this company. Came out to look at the job several phone calls to them over a 3 week span asking for estimate and was blown off each time stating they were still working on it and they’d get back to me…… tried calling back and goes to a non descriptive voicemail with no call back. They should at least have the curiosity to say no to the job upfront and
