We are so glad we chose Sunshine Foundation Repair. Mike Wilson provided a very thorough and detailed free estimate and made the whole process easy to understand. Miguel, Eddy, and Jhon were fantastic — professional, hardworking, and great with communication. They worked nonstop from 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM for five days and were very respectful of our property and our two dogs. The quality of the work is outstanding. (Sorry this took so long, needed to find the 'before' pictures to do it justice) From scheduling the initial estimates to writing the check out to Sunshine Foundation Repair the process has been nothing but pleasant and non pressured. My main concern with the foundation slab repair leveling was that the large glass windows of the glass patio, Lanai, Florida room (whatever its called) would be damaged during the process but thankfully that was not the case. I truly appreciate the effort, skill, and attention to detail that Shane and Riley brought to my home.

Sunshine Foundation Repair recently completed a multi-day crawl space project at our (almost) 100 year old home. They arrived on time, worked hard and cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. Miguel, Eddy, John and the rest of the team were friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. Miguel, as project foreman, kept us apprised of progress along the way and answered all of our questions. Knowing that our structural and moisture issues have been corrected gives us great peace of mind.

Mike came out to inspect my home’s foundation and I had a really great experience. He was extremely kind, professional, and took the time to carefully check everything around the house. What stood out most was how honest and thorough he was, he explained what he was looking at and never tried to push anything unnecessary. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely trustworthy. Mike made the whole process easy and reassuring. I really appreciated his attention to detail and his honesty.
