We had such a wonderful experience with Sunshine Fun Pools from start to finish! Alex gave outstanding customer service throughout the sales process. He was extremely patient with me, offered helpful suggestions (especially the concrete stepping places—everyone who visits our backyard loves them!), and even coordinated smoothly with our turf team. He was communicative every single day for months while our pool was being built. We also had a fantastic experience with Colleen, who always greets me with a smile when I stop by the office! She also helped guiding me through the selections for tile, concrete, and more- and people constantly ask me where I got my design choices, and they always rave about how beautiful everything turned out. We selected Sunshine Fun Pools as our builder after comparing other local and non-local builders. Sunshine worked well with us through all of the decisions on style and finish before contract as well as the actual construction phase of the project after signature. We have also used Sunshine for all work that has been needed on our pool equipment over the years. They are fair with pricing and communicate well. If I ever put in another pool I would make a few changes but our pool builder would not be one of them.

Building with Sunshine Fun Pools and Dennis was an easy, flawless process - they worked hand in hand with my homebuilder to ensure everything was ready when I moved in. However, the real reason for this review is their superb assistance with repairs and advice. The staff (Mrs. Marilyn and Mrs. Brittany!) are always helpful and kind, even coaching you through an easy do it yourself repair. During the freeze, my pool filter tank started leaking - due to what I figured it was the o-ring, and Marilyn advised me to send in a video. Within 30 minutes, Mr. Pat was at my house for the repair, confirmed it was the o-ring and gave me tips for future maintenance. I know 30 minute repairs won't always be the case, but in the past, they have been timely with repairs or helped me figure it out mysel

I can't say enough good things about Sunshine Fun Pools! Our salesperson, Marcus, did an incredible job taking our vision and turning it into such a beautiful design and exactly what we were envisioning! Once they started on the pool, the project was complete in just over 5 weeks! Kyle, the project manager was amazing! He always texted with status updates and was on-site anytime a new phase/step was started ensuring that everything went smoothly. Mike labeled all of the equipment and did the pool start up.
