Manuela and her team have become my GO-TO contractors for just about anything my homeowner clients need. Today we settled another Leisure World condo listing sale and Sunshine handled everything from deep cleaning to get the home ready for the market, to repairs needed after the buyers inspection. I’ve learned to ask Manuela if Sunshine can handle it FIRST because 9 times out of ten, they can handle it in a timely manner at a fair price.

We hired Sunshine to remodel our unfinished basement. They created all of the architectural drawings, submitted to the county for permitting and then performed all of the work from start to finish. They created a family room, spare bedroom, full bathroom, storage room and media room for us. They really thought about all of the details and used every bit of space in some way. We have 4 new closets in addition to the storage room. They also took care of some extras that we asked for along the way, like putting our outdoor outlets on their own circuit and installing a battery backup for our sump pump. Everything is just gorgeous. We are so happy with the results and I think we use the space even more than we thought we would. Thank you for such wonderful work!
