Our project was to build a short concrete block retaining wall between our lawn area and our vegetable garden. Sunshine Landscaping showed right up and gave is a very reasonable quote for the job. They acquired the building materials, excavated the area a bit to get its level and the foundation row in place, and built the wall in roughly 1 day. The next morning they topped the blocks off with a cap. I'll add a picture to this post. (It was winter when taken so the area isn't finished yet but will be soon.) Talk about a NICE and very functional addition to our landscape!! We love it. Updated Review: Asked Francsico to come back and tie our existing patio to the pavers he and his team did for us a few months ago. Once again the work is wonderful and ties beautifully into our existing pavers and patio. Can't even tell the new work wasn't done with the original paver project. Sunshine Landscape did a great job replacing part of our wind damaged picket fence and gate. The estimate, scheduling and billing was all done very promptly and professionally. The crew was very detail oriented and did a top notch quality job. The fence and gate look better than before!

I reached out to Sunshine Landscape & Pools LLC. very early in the year to beat the spring rush and get my sprinkler system repaired. A technician came out initially to assess the job and said they would take it on. After that visit, I didn’t hear anything for about a month, so I followed up. I was told a tech would be out again soon to provide an actual quote. Over the next two months and several follow-up calls (about four in total), someone finally came to mark the yard for repairs. I later received a call with a quote in the $800–$1,200 range, which I agreed to. Two more weeks passed with no updates, and I had to call again to ask when the work would begin. I was given another two-week window. When that came and went, I called again and was told they were waiting for utility markings.
