After 1 year and 4 months JOSEPH VALDES or RAUL VALDES from SUNSHINE POOLS and CONTRACTING Group left my pool project abandoned even when he collect from me more than $48,000, please stay away from this contractor who works with his family like his MOM BERTHA DIAZ who answer the phone calls with Jeniffer and hide all Valdes scams and his brother that is in charge of the excavation. By the way, I was recommended to Joseph or Raul Valdes by my friends son and I believe he took advantage of this situation to lie repeatedly to me always promising me that my pool project will be finish very soon. Horrible experience, unprofessional and shady. After 10 months And 70% of work Paid to Jospeh Valdes and Sunshine Pool And Contracting Group, all we have is less than 50% of the work done, Joseph Valdes lies so much about everything that he can’t keep up with it, always excuses…. He has been scamming people left and right… at this moment and time only in Miami he has 29 permits expired. the license he uses is not his, the license’ owner is Munos, Sixto Enrique is just a rental, he will not go and review the work been done, Joseph will lie about that as well. Stay away from this company and joe Valdes and raul Valdes! Leaves unfinished work for months. I’ve had a hole in the ground for about 3 months with no work done. Doesn’t answer phone calls and when finally responds always has an excuse. I got tired of waiting for him and his excuses and decided to fire him. When requested my money back he refused. I also paid him for permits, which he never paid the county, meaning he started construction on my property without active permits. He has multiple expired permits and works off someone else’s license. He has defrauded multiple people and left them with unfinished pools. Joe Valdes is a scammer and will take your money and disappear! STAY AWAY!!!

We paid to Joseph Valdes and Raul Valdes 40412.00 USD and we jus got a big hole in our patio. They didn’t finish the excavation and the other part of their job. They just stole our money and they disappeared.

This seems to be a family owned company because the staff are related. They come off as understanding and eager to get the job done. It’s been well over a year and my pool isn’t complete. I’ve been very patient and calling on a weekly basis. No answer to my calls nor responses to my text messages. I too have threatened to involve my attorney and they seem to not even care.
