I called to have my pool cleaned and serviced. $1000.00 later it wasn't vacuumed or walls cleaned but I was told it was cleaned and ready to use. The work was very unprofessional and they required us to fix the pump, replace the hose they said was too long. We were asked to apply the chemical to cause everything to sink to the bottom and they would return the next day to clean . 4 days later they came back said we needed to add water and we spent days cleaning the debre off the top ourselves. When I called to report how we were being treated we were the bad guys. I've been in construction for over 30 yrs and always tried to treat people with respect. First let me say it is really difficult to find pool people that service above ground pools. Sunshine pools works with above and inground pools and they are amazing. I messed up really bad and didn't close my pool properly last years and they have been amazing and helping me get it cleaned and back to swimming. They are affordable and will give you advice if that's all you need but if you require a little more help, they are the people to call. They also service a wide area. Ashlee in the office is super helpful and sweet.

My wife and I used Sunshine Pools to redo the plaster in our pool. Honestly it was less painful than we thought. Tony came out, took measurements and was able to get us a quote within a day or so. The prices we got were anywhere from 3-5k range for our size of pool to 14k... Sunshine was on the lower end. Normally we would be skeptical of such a good price, but we were recommended them by another friend who had some pool work done. Once we signed on, they were great with communication and actually had more offerings than we thought about (such as the tiles on the steps in the finished picture). I contacted Sunshine Pool to request a quote for replacing the sand in my pool filter. I was told someone would call me to provide the quote, but no one ever did. Instead, a technician showed up unannounced and replaced the sand without my permission. Shortly after, I received an invoice for $450. Taylor from the company reached out via text to apologize for the error and asked if I would set up a payment arrangement.
