Resurfaced our driveway and patio in 2018. In 2021 after repeated phone calls and texts, finally came out to do some repairs and resealing. Texted him in November 2023 about some needed repairs and resealing. Have been texting, leaving messages for over 3 months now with only 1 response saying he would come closer to the holidays (Christmas) and he would let us know when he was coming. Didn't come and has ghosted us and others in our park ever since. Promised all of us when the original work was completed that he would be available for follow up work. Work was good but follow up customer service non existent. Extremely disappointing. Would not recommend!!!

Our pool deck was resurfaced in 2012 and it has held up great.

Terrible communication. The consult/estimate visit was in spring 2020. We agreed on our work being done when we returned to Fl. We left 3 messages before THXGS with no return calls from Greg. 3 days before we expected him to start our project on Dec 8, 2020, we cleared off 1500 sq ft, only to hear his office tell us “he won’t be able to get to us until the middle of January”! No explanation as to why he couldn’t return calls since spring & with no reason why he overlooked us. This is totally unacceptable!! He lost our business & referrals.
