There's a fee of $29.00 to get a quote They don't let you know when you call Was surprised when the technician was charging me will be nice if coustomer service would of let me know before hand

Extremely Rude staff today when trying to verify the tech info that came out who refused to take credit card or a check said cash or zelle only .The woman hung up on me twice when I asked to speak to a supervisor .She said she don't know who they sent out and they sub out the work .She was so unprofessional and as a elder woman who paid 650 for deposit in order to order a new door they now don't know anything now just that they sent someone .Unbelievable I will be reporting this along with the camera footage and pics of the person who came to the property on behalf of this company Who says the supervisor will call me in a week wth..Fraud

Be aware of the estimate charge that I was not informed of. Very unprofessional.

Worst company ever beware they dont follow up with customer they just want the money VERY BAD SERVICE
