It was a Monday morning and we had a broken pipe that needed repair before we could use any water. Sunwest answered my call first thing and had a technician (Steve) out within an hour (on a Monday morning). Steve got down to business immediately and was finished within an hour leaving no mess behind. Steve did an outstanding job keeping the scope of work to a minimum, thereby avoiding the potential for a much bigger, more costly project. I felt Sunwest had my best interests in mind, over their own. Very responsive, urgent, knowledgeable, focused, respectful, reasonably priced, and professional. 5-star recommendation.

Called with a plumbing leak. Called in at 8 AM. They had a spot open and plumber was at my house by nine. It was all fixed at 9:30. Outstanding service, very friendly people.

We called late morning as our water heater was leaking. We were given an estimate over the phone and then were emailed the estimate. They were able to get to our condo within in a few hours and got the water heater replaces. The workers were very friendly and neat.
