KNOW YOUR STUFF BEFORE GOING ON. I try to buy local when I can to help out where I can, but this place's prices are absurd. Went in for a heating element (that I last bought online for $29) and they are charging over $90 for the same piece. I feel sorry for somebody who doesn't know anything walking in that store because they are going to rob you blind. I would recommend asking a Lowe's associate or buying your parts off Amazon over this place. Staff lady also seemed bothered when I walked in and she had to do her actual job. Don't leave reviews often but this place left the sourest taste in my mouth after being in there for under 5 min so want to warn others.

Beyond ridiculous. Is run by what seems to be school children. They demand payment upfront before parts are ordered or service is performed. Much is promised but much time passes without even a call. When you call just to check on things you are basically chewed out. They treated my wife very poorly and led her on of over a week. When I finally called, I was nice, they just kept saying they needed to give our money back and let us take care of it ourselves. Obviously I was just checking in because it had been quite sometime and they were disrespectful to my wife. I just needed it done. They said they would work to get it done. The next day the called my wife and harnessed her for having me call them and threatened not to come. She set them straight and they eventually came and fixed

hey are listed on the Speed Queen website as a service provider for their dryers. However, when I called to get someone to look at ours, I was told that because we didn't buy it from them, they likely wouldn't honor the manufacturer's warranty.

I will never support this business after the horrible interaction I just had. I was leaving the store directly next to Super Appliances when I see that a black dually is parked behind me. I went inside and asked the appliance workers if it belonged to any of them. This older lady says “you weren’t supposed to park there” as she’s going to retrieve the trucks owner. I apologized and her I didn’t see a sign. She brings the truck owner out and he says “you have trouble reading?” And I was dumbfounded. I didn’t realize you all were so perfect and have never been in a rush before and made a mistake .

Our initial experience with Super Appliance in Amarillo started off promising. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue with our appliance. We paid over $400 for the part which felt high for what it was but we moved forward with the repair. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. We waited a month and a half for the part to arrive. During that time, I made several attempts to contact the technician for an update, but I never received a call back or any communication. When the part finally came in, the tech returned to install it but left without hooking the dryer back up or reinstalling the back panel. The job felt rushed, incomplete, and careless.
