Unnecessarily stressful experience with Superclean with no communication. I first called on Monday afternoon and made an appointment for Wednesday morning for a move-out cleaning of one bedroom and a small attached bathroom in a larger house as a courtesy to the tenant who will be taking over my lease on this room. The associate on the phone estimated the job would take 1-1.5 hours but told me that I would need to follow up by email with details of the job and that the owners would get back to me with a cost quote the next day. On Tuesday at 4pm I had received no response so I called back and was reassured by the associate on the phone that the owners with get back to my on email by the end of the business day at 5pm. I had received no email or phone call by 9am the next day - the time of
