Super Heat, Air, And Plumbing

I had a great experience with Super Heat and Air today. Victor Medina came out and spent all day fixing the issue and got my system working perfectly. I really appreciate his time and effort and he was very friendly as well. I would recommend him and this company.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Super ABC Heating and Air. The technicians, Eduardo A. and Denis S., were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed my heating problem, and explained everything clearly before making the repair. The work was done efficiently, and they left the area clean and organized. My heat is working perfectly now, and I truly appreciate the great service. I highly recommend Super ABC Heating and Air, especially Eduardo and Denis S., for anyone needing reliable and honest HVAC service.

Super ABC has given us great service for repair of recent install. The HVAC install had a slow leak that occurred over the summer and was difficult to find. These things happen. however Edgar and his team were able to diagnose it and solve the issue. What was most notable were the tenacity of their investigation, the clear explanation of what needed to be done with the nuances of the situation. Edgar who I believe is the manager was on site all 3 times, the last to be sure everything worked appropriately. Very friendly and respectful. Happy to see the new companys service is excellent

Tomek was outstanding! Very knowledgeable and professional. He resolved my air conditioning issue very quickly and even pointed out a few other things with our plenum that I was not aware of. I highly recommend Super Plumbing Heat and Air.

To preface, Liz came by on 12/10/25 switched out my breaker and did a great job. She was 5 stars. The rest of this review is to cover the lack of transparency in financing, warranty, and specs on the job. Now into the real review: PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Warranty: Jameson specifically told me at signing that warranty covers "all costs" on the machine during its entire life, which is not accurate. Today, I received clarification that the warranty covered 10-years, which is not full-service life. In addition, it only includes a 1-year of labor. Specs: No specifications on the products installed were present on the invoice and were provided to me over two weeks after the fact. Total cost of project on a 3/3.5 split was $10,500, which seems overpriced considering the service and
