I initially was quoted to fix a clogged up sewer line $400, when Nate was not able to fix the issue he said he would check with the city for the next best step, he brought a Portable Toilet and not only did he not mention that it was going to be with a fee, but he ended up fixing the problem about a month later after having the city put pressure on him, he fixed the issue after a month, never talked to us about any fees and now I'm stuck with a $5700 fee, they never discussed any of this with us and only fixed the issue after making a fuzz, a neighboor had the same issue and their problem was fixed after a day. I talked to the president and was no help at all, instead they sent the bill to the city and now my father on a fixed income will have to find a way to pay this. Horrible company, t
