I am so impressed and extremely happy with my today’s experience with Super Service Today. I had a broken sewer pipe which is under the foundation and needs to be replaced. Roy came in and did the evaluation and proposed options for me in a very professional manner. He is very knowledgeable, kind and professional. He gives me expert advice with different case scenarios, and made very reasonable recommendations on the solutions based on my specific needs. I found this company on Google, called and within a few days I had a working dryer. It was very unfortunate to learn my previous dryer wasn’t up to code. They fixed everything and did a terrific job. Six years ago they sent a technician out to fix the thermocouple in my water heater, but he didn’t bring a single tool into my house or attempt to replace the part. He was at my home for 1.5 hours, but most of that time he was sitting in his van. He told me my water heater “isn’t a common manufacturer” (not true) and that he wasn’t confident he could get the correct thermocouple because they’re not universal. He said he could give it a try for ~$600 but couldn’t guarantee it would work… and then immediately tried to sell me on an $11,000 water heater replacement. I declined, paid a ~$300 service call fee for a diagnosis he never did, and sent him on his way. We lost heat after getting 18+ inches of snow. Having a toddler at home we needed someone out fast. Jose B showed up within an hour of us calling and was extremely thorough. He got the heat back up and running and explained everything in detail. Best part he was so respectful of keeping his boots covered so he wasn’t tracking wet snow and dirt all over my house.
