My mom used this company to get an air conditioner in 2017 for 8k and it stopped working totally in 2025, but had problems keeping the correct temperature set after only two years. The warranty was supposed to be for ten years and it barely worked for eight. Then they convinced her to buy a new one from them in 2024 now at a price of 10k (honestly I have no idea why she went with this same company) but anyway the heat hasn’t worked since it was installed even though the installer took a couple of days putting it in. Then they tried to trick her into buying a part that cost $700 (which conveniently for them wasn’t included in the warranty) in order for the heat to work when it never worked correctly to begin with. Our heating system went out on Saturday. I had Superior Air Conditioning out. Their service man found the problem immediately. It was a broken wire on the heater. The guy checked the rest of the system out to make sure it was heating OK and told me the unit was in good shape and I had several more years before it had to be replaced. I appreciated how honest this guy was and the excellent price I got.

Superior came out on Saturday, the owner and his installation crew had my AC system replaced by about 2:00pm and the job looked great. They had everything cleaned up and back together. A couple days later the inspector came out; he inspected the entire job and was very pleased with the installation. I highly recommend this company; they do very professional work.
