Austin Schulz with Superior Air provided outstanding service. He was extremely thorough and took the time to carefully check everything instead of rushing through the visit. During the inspection, he identified vents that had been incorrectly installed by the roofer, something I would have never known otherwise. He clearly explained the issue and why it mattered. What really stood out was how much time he spent answering my questions and educating me on important maintenance and safety items to watch for. Austin is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. Highly recommend him and Superior Air!

Superior Air repair was just out to repair my brand new Trane A/C unit, under warranty, after they installed it less than 2 years ago. To give you some back story, We paid 15K for this installation and they completely botched it. We had to get them to come back out a handful of times to make it right. I won’t go into the small details, but multiple aspects of the system installation just weren’t right. I believe this is due to them sending an amateur technician to do the work. Fast forward to last week, our a/c stopped working, so they sent out a tech that diagnosed the fault and ordered a part. The initial diagnostic fee was $80, and I was told there would also be a warranty processing fee. This confused me, because the unit is under factory warranty, yet they’re charging me for processin

Had a Spring Checkup service on the HVAC…technician was on time and did a thorough inspection, took pics of coils, amp readings, and temperature differentials…also identified a couple of issues to keep an eye on. I recommend Superior Air Service!

Junior from Superior Air Repair provided a followup service check on installation they provided in July 2025 and installed a safety switch for air conditioner overflow. He also provided numerous answers to my questions related to the unit to help me understand these pieces of equipment. All of this was done in an efficient manner and the information was provided that I'm sure will help me understand the HVAC equipment and possible maintenance issues that I will need to be aware in the future.

My grandparents heat went out this weekend right when the cold snap hit. The roads were icy already and the freezing rain had been going on for a while. They still send someone out to help them, I think his name was Aaron but I could totally be wrong. It was midnight and literally freezing and know this company still wanted to help them get things fixed not only made their home warm but also their hearts. This company knows how to keep people happy. Thank you!
