New homeowner. The previous owners left business card of vendor. I called to request to get a spring turn on. Which previous owners informed me it was $70 . So made the appointment. Had to go into the office last minute . The day of the appointment I communicated through my ring camera with the workers and let them know to text or call me if any issues came up. A few days later I get in the mail an invoice with a charge of almost $500 with supposedly work and replacements they did that I did not authorize. What company does work and repairs without confirming with owners if its okay. That is extremely unprofessional and very shady of their part. Please make sure if you use vendor you ask for an itemized invoice or request they do not do any work unless you authorize. I am going to pay

Completely inconsiderate company. They’re the ONLY company in my neighborhood that consistently feels the need to start making industrial amounts of noise as early as legally possible. I don’t care what the law is, it’s completely inconsiderate to have leaf blowers at 8 am multiple times a week.

The customer listed below only received calls asking for payment(not harassment) we do this as a courtesy before sending the customer into collections. A service was performed and a payment is expected in the amount of $65.18. The customer claims that we are racist and yet he did not disclose his demeanor and condesending comments that he chose to use towards us, this is just a sad way to deflect the situation of not making the payment. We have been in business for over 30 years and will continue on for the next 30. We did not make it this far without stumbling across some distruths.

Avoid them like a plague. They never disclosed any service call amount. Now I keep getting harassment calls from them. If YOU DID NOT DISCLOSE THE AMOUNT, don't expect me to pay for something I wasn't told or asked for. First she tells me they turned on my sprinklers, and when confronted that was not correct, it became a charge for service call. How broke are you guys, that you are robbing people with horrible tactics? When confronted about the charge, they said I should have known (on top of that she said this is how it works here, here where? in the US or where? Was such a racist comment). HOW IN THE WORLD do I know you charge for something without you disclosing it, and how much? Like who is running this company? Avoid them at all cost. Over priced racist, thieves and liars.

Robert has been the landscaper for our 8 acre property for over 25 years and it offends me that anyone would accuse him of being “racist.” Our money is green and that is his only color concerns. People make all types of wild accusations when they don’t want to pay their bill.
