Kevin came to my house and assessed the problem with my alarm key pad. It didn’t take long for him to figure out the issue and to resolve it. I’m very pleased and would definitely recommend this company.

Do yourselves a favor and call Superior Electricians if you want great service done at lightning fast speed. I reached out on a Thursday around 3 PM and spoke with Claudia, who was wonderful, and she had me booked for an appointment at 9 AM the next morning. Jordan, who is truly the GOAT, came out and was able to do an inspection of the work needed and provide a comprehensive and clear explanation of the work that should be done and the costs associated. Everything was straight forward, easy and executed flawlessly. They weren't kidding when they gave themselves the name "Superior"!

Fast service and great price! Kevin and Alex were on time, reviewed all work that I was requesting. Came back with a very good price on quote. Gave me an estimation of when they would be finished. Followed up middle of project to give me an overall update. The best thing is they finished on time and were extremely courteous. Thank you!

Been using Superior since I bought my house, they are fantastic! I recommend them to everyone, they've solved some real nightmare wiring problems we uncovered during my renovations, thanks guys!

This review will be long, but the short version is: I DO NOT recommend, and would NEVER use Superior Electrician for their services ever again. I was informed there was an $89 appointment fee, but that charge would be applied to any services if I went with them as a company. I asked over the phone, during our first conversation, if I would be able to get the fans installed during the initial appointment, and was told "yes maam. Most times the work can be done that day." Great, because I was in a rush to get them done. I paid the appointment fee with my card over the phone, and was told I would get a confirmation text with my appointment time and receipt. After hanging up... I never received anything (Red Flag #1)I called back the next day, and whomever I spoke with let me know they were g
