They explain everything clearly. They tried to help the best they could. But our own insurance numbers and our own financial situation we couldn't go forward. However I would recommend for those looking for roof work to contact them. Plus they did great on other roofs in my neighborhood. Thier staff that came to our house was kind, Courteous and informative. Even the guy they sent during the inspection gave us info that helped us understand what insurance itself never explained. We will be keeping thier info for if our situation improves.

Took awhile to get my roof replaced, but was absolutely no fault of Superior Exterior, but was the back and forth with the insurance company. I am so thankful to Tami and Kim for taking care of this for me and getting the job done. The crew showed up about 6:30 a.m. and immediately got to work and by 5:00 p.m., everything was completed, including the cleanup and placing all of my patio furniture back on my patio. I was very impressed with the care that was taken to protect my plants and bushes and the number of times they walked around my house making sure that all debris and nails were removed. I am very pleased with my new roof and the service that I received. Would highly recommend Superior Exterior for all your roofing needs.
