If you want a fence done correctly and in a timely manner, don’t use this company. I signed a contract for a fence 3 months ago, and I still don’t have a complete fence. I was told they were 2-4 weeks out for installation when I signed the proposal. After numerous cancellations and phone calls, they finally came to set the posts, but one was in the wrong spot. I still don’t have gates. I have heard many excuses and different reasons the fence isn’t finished. The story has changed every time. The owner of the company made a bunch of excuses instead of owning up to their failures. This has been a totally different experience than the fence build at my previous house. I should have paid slightly more and used the company that I used last time. Learn from my mistake.

My home builder used this company to install fences on all of the new builds in the neighborhood. Within a month or two after installation I had pickets warping and nails backing out. I contacted them to come fix the issues and all they came out and did was slap one picket on the end of the fence where one had fallen off. They didn’t even cut it to size to fit properly. I contacted them again and was told that the person that deals with the fences for my neighborhood would contact me. Months went by and I was never contacted.

We had Superior Fence install a double gate and extend our fence. A few days after installation a piece of fence fell off. We reached out 3 times to get fixed, and nothing has been done...except be told that it will get fixed. It has now been 3 weeks. Also, our double gate looks unstable and was also mentioned on the phone; but nothing has been done so far. However, the secretary has been extremely helpful as I know she does not have control over what actually gets done. Last time I called I believe I spoke with the owner, Kim. Updated review: superior fence came out and fixed fence! There was a miscommunication, so all was taken care of in a timely manner once communication was sorted out.

I spent $10,000 on on having a fence installed by Superior fence. I contacted them With structural issues and was told by Monte he would come by and address the issue....after a few communication issues were addressed everything turned out AWESOME !! Monte sent out a team of 3 craftsmen and took total control and care of our fence an gate issues. What a great job these men did. They were on time and did a perfect job . Super clean-up also. I WOULD recommend Superior fence to anyone and everyone! THANK-YOU MONTE !!!

Superior fence has amazing people that work for them. I have not purchased with them as of yet. I called to get information and pricing and the lady that answered was so helpful. A few years ago my kids went to wheeler when it was an elementary and the staff stopped traffic on 29th street so my kids can cross safely. They didn’t have to do that but they took time out of what I’m sure was the end of a hard days work. Thank you guys! I wished I would of have ratings a long time ago!
