Zero communication!! Had a great interaction with the sales guy and then as soon as we gave our deposit back in March we’ve heard basically nothing!! I have been calling (leaving voicemails because no one ever answers) and sending emails (most of which are never responded to) trying to find out when our install date will be. I understand supplies are low/back ordered due to covid but the lack of any response is unprofessional not to mention irritating. I plan on reporting them to the BBB for fraudulent behavior if they do not contact me because as mentioned in another review- it feels like I’ve been scammed out of $2k+. Do not use!! Superior gave us the best quote and our finished product is incredible. Every neighbor stops to tell us how great the fence looks. We got a great price and the timing was amazing to watch. We ordered a large fence with most of it 8' tall and 6x6 posts. The crew was done in two days with superior quality. We couldn't be happier with our choice to use Superior and would recommend to everyone. One of the owners, Daryl, showed up multiple times before the job, during, and after. We had a wonderful experience with Superior Fence! The initial interaction to receive a quote was done quickly. The price was very reasonable. They were very easy to work with in regards to scheduling, as we had to push back the initial time they had planned to schedule us due to removing some trees prior to the fence installation. It was no problem at all and they called a week or so later to get us back on the books. The two guys that did the installation worked their butts off and completed everything in one day! A couple caps were missing on the posts we noticed that evening, but after one phone call, a couple days later someone else came out to put those on. Very easy to work with, very good pricing, and very good work! I would definitely use them again and/or recommend them to others

We were very happy with Superior Fence. We had them come out prior to our pool construction and they installed a fence around our backyard. They were quick and efficient, putting fence exactly where we wanted. We have a huge slope in our backyard and they worked with it to make it look great. We had them hold off on installing one gate so the pool company could get in with machinery. Superior had no problem coming back out and installing the rest of the fence and gate. They were easy to work with and very nice customer service.

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Superior! Seriously, I am extremely impressed at how great my fence looks! The crew that came to install was early and they were very clear about speaking with me and made everything very comfortable and easy to understand. The fence was done in 5 hours flat- I could not believe it! I would have still been at Home Depot picking out the pickets. In all seriousness, they did a wonderful job and I will continue to show off the beautiful photos to all my friends and family! Thank you again for an amazing new yard!
