Superior Fence & Rail

This gate was installed yesterday by Superior. I need them to fix their shoddy job without putting more gap at the bottom. They claim they can't align the gate without creating a huge gap. Please make it make sense? Is this the best superior can do?

Sam and his crew (Jean and Richy) were awesome! Got right to work even through a quick bout of rain. Very professional and listened to what I was looking for. I thought they were going to install fence panels, but they showed up with individual boards. Quality work. Thomas was great with estimates, and was very responsive to my needs. Good customer service throughout. Second time using this company.
