Clearly has anger issues because screaming at a young woman over the phone is simply inappropriate. He is clearly in the wrong position and has no real corporate training. I will make sure to escalate my interaction I had with him because I know this behavior is only like this because no one has held him accountable. As someone who runs a company and also receive a fair amount of sales calls I know how phone etiquette works. He clearly was not busy because he took the time to scream at me over the phone and argue about why he hung up on me for simply trying to make a living just as he is.
