My fence job, I couldn’t be more happy and satisfied with!! My installers, Abraham and his Uncle (El Compadre) were professional, efficient, and you could tell they took pride in their craftsmanship!! Superior Fence and Rail have multiple offices, I can validate the installers for the Athens, Ga Superior Fence and Rail took care of me and did an awesome job! Angel who is a manager also was awesome and made sure to follow up to my calls and address all of my concerns. My sales person Derek did nicely with my job layout and pricing, my only draw back was getting callbacks/updates from him once my contract was signed(not a good feeling to be left in the dark once you’ve paid out money)!! We had a good experience with Superior Fence & Rail building our backyard fence. Derek was our sales rep. He was efficient in making initial measurements and answering all the questions we had before signing the contract. He also made himself available to come out and do remeasurements when our job slightly changed. The 4 guys we had out to do the actual build did a great job! It took 2 days for them to complete the work (in 95+ degree weather at that). The gates seem to be holding up well so far (after almost a week since being built).
