Superior Fence & Rail of Philadelphia

Superior Fence and Rail just completed my fence installation yesterday, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless. Randy, our salesperson, was knowledgeable and easy to work with, and the installation team, led by Alvarez, did an outstanding job. The finished fence looks fantastic and has truly enhanced the appearance and value of our property — all at a very reasonable price. Although I was initially told there would be a six-week wait, I was thrilled when the office contacted me just two weeks later to schedule the installation. The team completed the job in under seven hours, and they left the area clean and well-graded. Overall, it was an excellent experience from a professional and reliable company. Highly recommended!

Gratitude can be expressed for the Alvarez's team workmanship. The crew installed a new fence and finished the project in two days. The installers were professional and efficient, and the finished product has clean, perfectly straight lines. Sincere thanks can be passed on to the crew for their hard work. Superior Fence communicated to me throughout the installation period. First it was a day late, but the next day a 4 man crew showed up and spent 10 hours doing a great job until 98% of the job was complete. The post caps were back ordered and that took several day later and Chris from Superior personally installed them. Then after inspection the large 8' gate was out of alignment and Chris reached out and within days a crew showed up and corrected the issue sending mem pictures of the completed job. Overall Superior Fence did a great job and I would recommend them to all that asks.

I would not recommend Superior Fence. In hindsight, we should have chosen another company. I chose Superior Fence because the person who gave us an evaluation and estimate was professional, and the quote was comparable to other contractors. Last May, our fence was installed. Shortly after the installation, we noticed the gate would not close properly. I called the office and was connected with Chris, who said he would give me an update "tomorrow" on when someone could come and look at the fence. This was on the 14th of May. I did not hear back from Chris by the 19th, so I reached out to him again and he didn't respond until the 21st. At that time, he apologized and said he had me scheduled for May 27, "first thing," but no one called or showed up to replace or fix the gate on that day. I

I recently had a cedar privacy fence installed. Superior fence showed up on time to quote the job and walked me through pricing on several options of wood and PVC fences. They answered my questions and provided detailed quotes. Pricing was competitive. Superior handled the permit application, including submitting the required drawings. The fence was started earlier than originally projected and was finished in two days. Their customer service was excellent, making communication easy, providing a customer dashboard for access to the contract and schedule, and leaving the job site safe and neat. My dogs are loving the room to run.
