I wish I could leave a negative star review. Our experience with “Superior” has been THE WORST experience we’ve ever had with a contractor. When searching for a fence contractor, we did a ton of research. We read the reviews and met with Superior and trusted they would do a good job with our fence. We paid $13K for a custom wood fence which was never installed correctly and as a result we’ve been requesting repairs for the last 3 years. They have refused to perform contractually required warranty repair work of our fence. Since original bad install, they came and made some aesthetic repairs to get us to stop calling them out to our project and to get final payment from us, but we didn’t know then that there were significant structural issues with the fence. Installation was very seamless and the finished product looks great. We love our new aluminum fencing and highly recommend the folks at Superior Fence & Rail.

Superior Fence did a fantastic job replacing my old wooden fence, damaged during the March 2025 hail storm, with a new white vinyl fence. Superior Fence worked with my insurance company to detail the damage. From design to demolition & construction to clean-up, the crews we professional and skilled. We are very happy and highly recommend Superior Fence & Rail.

NEVER recommending Superior Fence & Rail to anyone. I hired Superior Fence & Rail for two projects and put deposits down for both. After my experience with the first project, I will absolutely NOT be using them EVER again. They sent out the most inexperienced crew I’ve ever seen, which led to major property damage costing me $950.00, which the owner has still not reimbursed me. The crew cut my electrical outlet for my BBQ pit and cracked the casement at a different location and even moved the fence line inward by a foot, which caused them to cut into my sprinkler system—damage that could have been completely avoided if they had simply installed the fence where the old one was.
