I have used Superior three times now. They are timely, professional, experienced, and accommodating. I had a stroke of bad luck and as soon as they finished an extensive restoration in the basement due to hot water tank heat, the paint was barely dry on the walls (literally) and I sprung a leak on a refrigerator supply line in the utility room. I called them on a Saturday at noon time, by 2 PM they were already out here. Their prompt response prevented more damage. Overall, using them for both the initial process of ripping out the carpet and putting the fans and dehumidifiers down to actually rebuilding, their work and project management is second to none. They stick to their schedule and do things in a high quality way. I did not think I would see them so quickly, but was glad to see
