Superior Garage Door Repair - Farmington

Our garage door unexpectedly broke in n Saturday and I googled garage door repair and came upon Superior Garage Door Repair. It said on their site that they don’t charge extra for weekend or evening visits. I filled out a form online and within just a few minutes I got a call from a very nice woman who was ready to schedule someone to come out and assess the damage. It only took a few minutes for us to get a same day appointment and they were out to us the same afternoon! Trey was very polite and quickly assessed the problem and gave us two possible solutions. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely utilize their services again!

He was very polite. Was very knowledgeable with my issue explained everything to me before he started. I felt he did everything in a timely manner. This is the 3rd issue with my garage your company has been excellent everytime yall have fixed my garage door issues. I have recommended you to anyone who complains about their garage door issues.

Chris has been here a couple times in the past few years and is just all around solid tech. He listens, he educates and always resolves things quickly. He is why I haven’t tried another company. I also want to givecc bc a shout out to the young lady that took my call and set up the appointment . Another good listener and then politely walked through each of the next steps and what to expect. I believe her name is Nikki. She’s her from Houston .

Jon was great in getting our garage door fixed and providing the options. When we had an issue the following day he was back promptly and able to fix it without issue. Great service!

Technician failed to properly diagnose the issue on one door and only partially fix the problem on the other door. We had to call him out again a few days later and explain to him why his version of the issue made no sense. After which, he did agree with our assessment of what needed to be done to fix the problem and did effect the repair. He did come out quickly and was friendly.
