To start, the person who answered the phone is apparently the owner and does speak or understand very good English. He would do well to have someone answer the phone who can communicate and understand what it’s trying to be said. Second, made an appointment for a specific day and time and he was a no-show. When I called a few minutes after he was supposed to show up, he fumbled around saying he was looking and then said that he could come right then if I could wait 20 to 30 minutes Or if I wanted to reschedule. They were contracted out to replace the glass in my bedroom window through my process with the HEAP. Staples Energy replaced one bedroom window but couldn't do the larger window. Staples Energy was wonderful in all they did. Air has been blowing in and they made a hole in the outside wall at the corner of the bottom of the window. This the workers that were sent back out admitted they had made the hole. However, we are redoing the floor in that room. When the carpet was pulled back last week, this is when we saw where the latest rain had run through the wall onto the the concrete. Owner argued they were only to replace the glass. He also stated the frame is old and needs replacing. My argument it that Staples had no issue with the window they did. I didn't when I replace the othe
