I worked with Rich Johnson and Superior Home Improvement to replace the windows in my older home in Lehi 16 years ago back in 2010. The windows were fantastic. Rich and team treated us very well and they were great to work with. We did not have any problems at all with leaks, pricing, quality of windows, etc. We were very happy. We have since moved across town and were looking at replacing our windows in this newer home, so I called Rich again. He treated us very well the first time, so I wanted to give him a shot the second time as well. We did get bids from several other companies as well just as a comparison. I have been extremely happy with Superior and Rich, the owner. I had a new roof put on my house and the entire process has been executed with professionalism and expertise. Rich has been to my house more over the last two months than most of my family members. He has personally overseen the estimation, material decisions and delivery, construction and clean up. As well as the special requests I have had along the way. He even drove his truck to my house to pick up some materials that wouldn’t fit in the trailer. His bid was not the cheapest, but that was because the materials used were top of the line. Superior installed several sliding patio doors 11 years ago. We've loved them and they did such an outstanding job on a challenging install. We had a slight problem on opening and closing one of our doors and decided to test our lifetime warranty and it was amazing. Al came buy and saw the problem. We submitted the claim and it was approved the next day. So glad we did business with Superior. Rich and Al have been wonderful.

UPDATE: The project is complete and I am very happy with the work performed. I have added pictures to showcase the before/after of the window wraps and the siding & fascia/soffit on the front gable! I have had a first class experience with Superior. I just went through the estimate process and contract so far and working with Jeff King has been awesome - highly communicative when I have had questions, no pressure, reasonable and up-front about cost, and he's also very design-savvy. I'm sure my project will go just as smoothly and will update my review with pictures after!

I had Superior Home Improvement replace our roof and the experience was outstanding! We worked directly with Rich, the owner, who went above and beyond to help us navigate our insurance claim. When the insurance company initially refused to cover part of the project, Rich helped us communicate and get everything sorted out. The crew was incredibly professional and tidy. They took great care to protect our home from debris and completed the entire roof replacement in just one day!
